If I have created 3 partitions (C,E and F drives) from Windows XP setup disc.

And installed the OS in C drive.

How do I "activate" E and F drives ? Will it shows up after Windows XP finished install and do I need to format it in order to use it?

Go to control panel, computer management, disk management and you can get them going there.

If I don't do it on disk management. Will it show up from My Computer ? If I remember it correctly I can still see the drives, but I just need to format it ?

Only formated drives with drive letters show up in My Computer. You must use Disk Manager to format them.
