My problem is the I changed/reseted the password for my account and then totely forgotten it, now as I follow the procedure from MSN's web site it states that I should choose either the same ID or alternative e-mail address for resetting the password, but I have not entered alternative e-mail as far as I can remember, if I have did I also do not remember that too so I am quite stuck and would like to trun to you for any kind of assistence.
