Forgot password for Administrator

Hi, I forgot the password for the administrator account on my computer, is there any way I can retreive it, or erase it? I can access my primary account, which has administrator privilages. Thanx.

Then just chenge the admin password via control panel/admin tools/computer management/users and groups Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.
