Start-Search- files and folders- type in *.pwl and look over the results. You should get the registry key for the password you are looking for and be able to view it.

Run regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\Ratings In the right hand pane delete entry underneath the default line. Close regedit and then search for the file 'ratings.pol' and delete it.
