Hi all, I forgot the Administrator password. How can I log on to my computer? No body can log on. I don't want to format because very hard for me to install every thing again. I hope some one can advice me step by step please... thanks Visith-Mony and Monent

Many do that, and expect help from others. XP is very secure. At the top right of this page is a SEARCH feature. In the empty box, type forgot password Yesterday when I started my Laptop, and entered my password, the computer kept telling me "Have you forgotten your password". I entered it a dozen times, and I could not get into XP. I then turned computer off, then turned it on. Then all was fine.

Download the Ophcrack LiveCD image and burn it to CD. Boot the machine from the Ophcrack CD and wait for it to do its thing. When it's finished, it'll show you all user names and passwords. It may take some time, so be patient. Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Dont worry, it is very simple, Go to http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd and download the cd image, make a cd, boot from it and folow the instruction , its very simple.All the best MMH
