XpUser, thanks for the excerpted tip, but when I went to the site for the full text, they wanted a $9.95 sign-in fee.Motor cooled down, heat went down, that's when I heard that reinstall sound

I haven't tried this but I guess its for ANY account. In addition, if you navigate to the directory
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\SAM
This is the SAM database - Deleteing this file will blank the Administrators password on the machine.
