Do you have TWO monitor connections on the video card? Did you install the drivers for the video card?

What happens if you select the option to identify the monitors? Do you have the "Extend desktop..." option enabled on Monitor 2?

My Graphics card an ATI RADEON X300SE Hyper Memorey 128 M.B.X16 PCI-E card is a low level card however it does have two connections at the rear of my tower for conneting two monitors . Then in the display properties ,advanced button it has on the display tab the option of activating up to four monitors and setting each one up with the preferred settings ! Since I also installed an ATI TV Wonder Elite PCI TV Tuner card I would like to set up a second monitor ,now I have TV in a resizable box on my 19" flat panel screen. The TV Tuner card really compliments the WindowsXP MCE 2005 O/S I have installed on my system . Iam telling you all of this becasue this is the kind of things you want to have for a dual monitor setup ,however #1 is having a graphics card with the ability to connect more then one monitor to it ! So that is why you are being asked to give details of what type of graphics your PC has as ,intergrated ,AGP,PCI,or PCI-Express and what connectors that the graphics provide ? Good Luck ,Nick
