when I try to open up a folder a dos window opens. If I right click the folder and go to open I can get to my data. How can I fix this problem I am runing windows XP SP3

49stoneman04, Download, unzip then run the "Folder Association Fix" at the link below.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to try this:

Click Start>Run and copy & paste or type in:

regsvr32 /i shell32

Click OK.

Note that the spacing is important.
