with this card installed in the system and running games under win xp the game crashes and win xp goes into memory dump, the message indicates that fm801.sys is the fault, i have used the latest patch for this soundcard fm 801xp-eng but installing this is still not digitally signed, is there any way around this problem without ripping out the sound card.
