Flyvideo 98 noise under Win XP!

Hi! I have a liveview Flyvideo 98 tv card and it works fine under Windows ME. Now, i have installed Windows XP Pro in my computer.
I tested several BT878 drivers: "liveview studio WDM", "conexant's BtPCI WDM" and also serveral tv tuner: "JTV", "DScaler",.. but I have a great trouble. I always hear a noise when watch tv.
It increases when I move the mouse pointer, and it decreases when the system is busy: a program start, a window minimized... etc..
