hi, I have trouble using my flopy drive,I have almost done everything. it works fine on my other computer which is running under win ME but for some reason its not running on Xp. I have a P4 1.9Mgh 756mb ram geforce 3 two hard drives and a CD burner. everytime I am trying to use the floppy drive it tells me its busy or this can't format this floppy disk. I am also crashing to the blue screen sometimes with the message IRQ_NOT_EQULE.. or Page fault. could you please tell me whats wrong or what I should do to fix the problem. thx.

I may be having a similar problem. My floppy drive is virtually unuseable under WinXP, with the same error message when I try to format. But, I dual-boot Win2K and WinXP, and when I run Win2K I can format the disk which failed under WinXP - so where does that leave us?
