fldrclnr.dll error message

OS: windows xp
CPU/Ram: athlon 2600 256
Comment:

When my machine starts up, I get the error message... "RUNDLL Error loading fldrclnr.dll. The specified module could not be found."
I have checked in MSCONFIG but I can't see anything with that name.
Anybody know what it is or how I can get rid of it?

This is your Desktop cleanup Wizard. Look in C:\windows\system32 and see if this file exists there. If not look in your i386 folder and copy from there.
