flash player says it is not install

flash is installed but get error message please install flash. Tried uninstall, reinstall turn java on. Everything, nothing works. It was working for a long time. Now I have IE 7.

Use this standalone flash installer: http://www.softwarepatch.com/intern... I would save it in my documents so that when the flash player says it's not working, just re-install it.
I had the same problem with Utube awhile back and the standalone player works great
