Hi to All , When I go to The Flash Player home page for downloading version 9.0 ,its stating in a small box ver9.0 installed ,however in the box that suppose to show a little movie all Iam geting is a small picture profile of a face ,Iam sure you have all seen this B/4. i try re-installing ,I've added it to enabled ActiveX controls in the add ons in Internet Options ,still no joy ? This has me up against a wall I dont understand why its saying the player ver9.0 is installed and yet I get nothing when trying to view a flash player short movie ? Any help greatly appreciated FYI version I.E. 7.0 ! Thanks to All Nick
ok this is what i done to resolve this issue, go into add remove programs and remove flash player. RESTART the comp.
go to the flash website, and install. this should resolve it.

Nick Ritchie, remove everything concerning flash from your computer. Delete all cookies, restart your computer. Download flash e.g. to your desktop. Close all windows, especially browsers !!!! Install downloaded flash and it will work ! Good luck Nikolaus
