I am running XP SP 2 with Adobe Flash Player 9 installed. On occasion, I goto a URL and it does nto display the photo on the screen. If I log on with Admin rights, and goto that same page, IE wants to install Adobe Flash Player 9. I dont understand why, I already have adobe Flash Player 9 installed -- which was loaded onto the PC using a MSI installer. Why?

This has happened more then once. I would like to find the answer as to why instead of just fixing this problem for this one user so that it does not happen again. This same problem happened to another user a few months ago.
