Flash movies will not play in XP

I can't get Flash movies to play in either IE or Mozilla, so I'm thinking there is some kind of issue with XP. I've tried all kinds of fixes, but none have worked.

Go here and get the Flash Player removal tool. When you have got rid of the old versions you have, go back to Adobe flash site and download new versions.
