HLEP!! I am getting pissed off at the stupid macromedia flash website. I go there to get the script to download the flash plugin, but nothing happens. I don't even get the stupid security window. How do I get it. This plugin is getting me mad.

Somehow, I don't think that it is the website or the security window that is the problem -- they're inanimate and therefore cannot be either smart or stupid. Try adjusting the attitude of the nut that holds your keyboard

What script? Flash player operates via activeX. Go to macromedia.com.. if you have the flash plugin you will see the menu load up.. if you dont have it you will be prompted to download it.
If you think your flash plugin is corrupted../ open internet explorer../ click tools../ internet options../ settings../ view objects../ and delete the shockwave flash object.
Then go back to macromedia.com and you will be promtped to download it again.
