Fixing keyboard issue with XP repair install.

Specs: Windows XP
I have a problem with my keyboard where it doesn't work once Windows has loaded. I have looked around, and it seems the only way to fix it is with a repair install of XP, but I don't have the original CD. I blieve that I could get another XP cd and use that with my XP key, but I have a couple of questions:

1. Where can I get an XP cd (I don't need a key, just the disc) cheaply?

2. If I do a repair install from the disc, will all my files (games, pictures, etc.) still be there after the repair install is complete?

Okay, never mind, I solved the issue without a repair install. I just deleted my keyboard drivers and restarted my PC, and the new hardware wizard downloaded new driver, which fixed the problem.
