Hi all: I had Firefox which I used for quite some time. Had a little trouble with Outlook Express which was solved but then Firefox disappeared. I downloaded it again but when I went to open it up nothing happened. Any help? Thank you

Uninstall Firefox and do a complete registry scan to remove any trace left of it. Use Regvac or equivalent.

Then reinstall it.

Actually, you probably should remove your Firefox profile also before re-installing. You can find it at C://Documents and Setting/your name/Applicaton Data/Mozilla/Firefox (you can delete the whole Firefox folder here). You must have all "show hidden files and folders" checked.
