Maybe it does for you. Explain this discrepancy: Why does www.9down.com offer version 1.0.4 while the official site of Mozilla Firefox have just released version 1.0.3? Isn't there something fishy?

I installed & everything is fine .
No need to uninstall the previous version , keep it , just in case you want to go back .
Old version , go to Windows Explorer > Programs > Mozilla Firefox , right click & rename Mozilla Firefoxold . You will get a message , are you sure etc . Yes it is OK .
