Recently, I've had a problem where Firefox closes randomly (just closes itself, it doesn't crash,) and is unable to open again. A pop-up also arrives after this in Internet Explorer. I'm given the error "The procedure entry point JS_SealObject could not be located in the dynamic link library js3250.dll" I delete all traces of Firefox and reinstall, and again, it closes and gives me the same error message when I try to open it again. I have the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. IE also crashes, but manages to stay open longer. I run virus scanners constantly, and it seems that viruses appear at random times. I delete them, but they just seem to multiply. Any ideas?

Looks like a java issue. See the event log first. Might wish to update the java. Might consider Opera or portable firefox to confirm. I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
How exactly would I view the event log?
Several ways.... Start button/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer.
You can also get to Administrative Tools via Start button/Control Panel
Another way is to type this in the Run box:
eventvwr.msc /s
