Filter non-english language in OE?

Hello, is there any software (free would be great) that I could install that would allow Outlook Express to filter all emails that are not in English text? I am getting slammed with spam emails in Arabic that are coming from different IPs and emails so I cannot block them. However they all have in common that they are not in English. Thanks.

The emails are not registering as spam since they come in through Spamassassin as having low spam scores. So I would need something to block all non-english emails is there a way? Thanks.
