good day,
i am using a Ecvel 2003 (window xp) to do a check list for my electronic parts.
each part will have a photo of it.when i am doing filtering, the pictures are overlapping of each other.
is there any solution for it? can i make like when filter, the pictures will also disappear?
also if i use filter to sort the data, can the picture display according to parts?
pls help....i am running out of ideas

hhans78, what if you were to use something like Photoshop or Irfanview, even MS Paint to crop the desired portion of the photo and save it as a separate file?

thanks for the reply. are u referring to hyperlink?
the checklist does not need a lot of columns.
thus i would like to put the pictures in it.basically. the spreadsheet onli has photo (1st col), part no. (2nd), parts description(3rd) and price (4th).
i have crop the pictures nicely to fix the cell width and height.
but when filter, all the pictures will overlap each other.
as the parts list keeps on increasing, i simply can't arrange the hundreds of rows everytime i update.pls expert....pls help....
