I send e-mails with attachments to a friend who says she is unable to open the attachments. The attachments are either .txt files or .doc files. But she insists they won't open even tho I can open them (I send myself cc copies). Could this be simply a case of poor technique (on her part) or could she have a problem? She says she uses notepad, wordpad, and MS Word and nothing works. Could the ISP she is using to retrieve these e-mails be causing the problem? OBTW, her computer is a fairly new Dell.
