i have 3 .avi files on my computer that i cannot get rid of. i've tried it in normal mode, and in safe mode with all of the video drivers unloaded. im fairly certain that they cant be what they say they are. whenever i try and delete them in either mode, i get a message saying that they are in use by another program. i also havent been avble to quarantine them, as they shut norton down when i attempt it. anyone have any way i can force them to delete?
