Files and Settings Transfer Wizard problems

I recently backed up my computer using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard before I reformatted my windows start it anew. I put my files on a network and reformatted the computer losing all my previous data. I start the files and transfer wizard on my "new" computer and it everything goes fine until I get an error message stating that I don't have enough memory to save the changes and the transfer fails to proceed. Does that mean my files are corrupted? edited by moderator

PatTheBaker, possible your backup is in memory when it needs to be on disk? If it's in memory, there likely isn't enough room. HTH. Ed in Texas.
