file/folder syncronization

In Windows XP Pro, is there by possibilities to syncronize file folders in two different hard drive on a same computer, so whenever users working on drive 'C' is automatically save the changes (syncronize) with drive 'D'.

I dont know your scenario, but you could just setup a mirror if you have a ATA or SATA raid controller

I don't know of any utilities that will synchronise folders on the fly as you describe. If there were it would slow down system performance dramatically.
There are utilities that will synchronise folders on demand not least of all Briefcase that comes with Windows:
