how do I get rid of this error? it pops up any time I turn on my computer or switch screens It does not seem to be harmful just anoying and I feel I have tried all the suggestions my "computer geek" friends have sugggestedwith the exception of a website that wanted to access a $1.97 from my checking account each month....get real $1.97?? a month??? to access my checking no way. oh well can anyone out there give me any suggestions. I have a DELL (never again) windows XP for home.

Did you uninstall that software? Sounds like the program is trying to run upon login, and since it's not there, you receive the error.

Run msconfig and delete the entry from the Startup tab.

MyWebSearch is spyware/malware. Your computer is infected. Try installing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.36, run the update, then scan your system:
