file won't delete

I downloaded what i thought was going to be a music video from limewire and it turned out to be a file with a very porn name. The problem is it won't delete, move, open or anything. I have no idea how to get rid of it, but i really don't want it on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Try re-naming it as a different file extension. If it allows you to do that, then you might be able to delete it. Willie
