Hi All....

I just installed photoshop cs3 and all works well.
When I want to open a specific file by doubleclicking on it(ie *.dds) it should open photoshop....It Doesn't.

I go to folder options and file types to attribute photoshop but it does not appear on the list when I try to attribute "Open With" to that file.
The only way to open the file is by opening Photoshop first.

Can anyone help as to how to get a file to open up the photoshop when I doubleclcik on it?

The normal "open with" method is not working.

Thanks in advance to all who reply

My Computer, Tools, Folder Options, File Types, New. add 'DDS' and then associate photoshop with 'DDS'.
