I recently bought a new computer and I am trying to get the files from my old computer (a laptop, has windows xp professional), to my new computer (desktop, with windows xp home). I have tried the files and settings transfer wizard but for some reason I get the error every time that the 'file' is too big. I don't even want the old 'files and settings' on my old computer, I just want some pictures I have stored in a file and a few games. I bought a parallel cable and connected the computers with that, and tried a modem connection too, neither worked? How do I get the files to my new computer? And no my laptop does not have a floppy drive or cd burner... thanks for the help
