I set up a home workgroup for printer and file sharing. Both computers see each other and each others shares. The problem I am having now is as followa:

all documents sholred on desktop
each users 'my docs' folders shared out with unique share name
from my laptop, I see the shared folders, but can only access one of them. The others are giving message \\cpu name\folername cannolt be foud access denied.

both machins are xp sp2 running ntfs

Thanks,

Jim

jfarmakis, sounds to me like you need to allow access. Take a look at the info on networking found @:
