File sharing between XP and 2K

Hi, I'm having problems file/print sharing between Win XP Pro and Win 2k Pro. I've got 2 LAN cards in my XP machine - one connected to broadband - the other connected to a Win 2K PC. I have ICS setup on XP Pro and this works fine, the Win 2K computer can access the internet connection and both computers can access each others' FTP and HTTP sites.
The problem is that neither computers can see each other in Network Places. When I go into network places and hit view workgroup - the window just freezes and times out! Has anybody else had a similar problem?? If so - how can I sort it out?

Had the same problem with my XP PC and W2K notebook. Found a tutorial from http://www.wown.com/ which helped.
Try using a manual IP address for both PC's. Are you using a hub or crossover cable? Make sure that file sharing has been enabled and if you are using a firewall, set the IP address for the firewall to pass.
