Hi, I have server running windows NT and all clients are running windows XP. Now one of server drives is mapped on client. But now the problem is whenever a client deletes a file from network drive, it cannot be restored. Can anyone help how i can restore a deleted file from network drive. Thanks in advance.

Your question infers you have no backup of network drives, I find that astonishing! There are utilities to recover deleted files, PROVIDING the space has not been re-allocated but that is unlikely on a network share.

As an Admin you should know this. There is no Recycle Bin for network/mapped drives. Users should be told this from the very beginning so that they understand that.
