Comment:

Recently, it appears that whenever I move a file from one directory on my computer to another, it becomes completely unreadable, and almost appears as if I don't have rights to access the file, although I AM the administrator. Any suggestions? This happens with EVERY file I try to move, although they're all fine before I move them.
