There might be a better way, but one solution would be to install "MWSnap" then use this to pull a box around the picture and save it as a jpg. This produces a good quality picture. I've found MWSnap to be the best screen capture program and very useful - pics are perfect in any viewer including PhotoShop.
I did try copying the picture from the document to Paint. It "worked" but the results were very poor quality.
