File and Printer Sharing for MS net

I go to work, plug into the ethernet wire there, shutdown, come home, reboot (then it automatically connects to my wireless router), but I always have to then go to network > wireless connection properties and recheck "File and Printer Sharing for MS networks". Why won't it stay checked?

If this happens after you log on to your works network, they may have a group policy in place that changes this when you log in. Ask your network admin about it.
