I just read a message about this file. I wanted to add some comments but the system says the topic is too old. Since I think it MIGHT be interesting, I take the liberty to add it here.
It is my first time on this board and I find it well documented.
However, I find some suggestions given without precaution very dangerous. Like delete history and cookies. You can find yourself in a big trouble. I have a software (cookieWall) that manages my cookies, and Firefox does it too (probably IE but I rarely use it now).
I have the same problem with 1.exe. NAV picks it up in One button check up, fixes the problem... which comes back the following day. So I am very interested in getting rid of it.
Thanks for all your efforts.

Have you tried the Beagle removal instructions for 1.exe here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.beagle.ay@mm.html
