Recently bought new base unit, came with xp installed...Many problems ensued...all but one fixed.. MY FECKING KEYBOARD THINKS IT'S AMERICAN. Hence @ and " have switched places and the Pound symbol has completley disappeared. Which is a bit of a pain, especially as I use the PC to print invoices. How do I make it realise it's ENGLISH?

Try the Control Panel, "Regional + Language Options.
