Fdisk in XP Pro

Can't find Fdisk in XP Pro, the system says there is no such program. Try "Help Fdisk"! Need to reformat drive, any suggestions?

Fdisk Not currently supported. Use the diskpart command, which enables you to manage disks, partitions, or volumes.
