Comment:

if you use fdisk
to delete a partition and reboot there is no way to get
that data back.
Is it right?

I had done the same thing and you can recover your data find a program called Lost & Found will recover all your data as long as you haven't written over any of it i recover 8 gb of files after an fdisk and a format.
have fun it should only take you a couple hours providing you've got to have second hard drive with with enough space on it to recover your data to hope this helps
