fax send issue

This is a follow up on previous posting at: http://www.computing.net/windowsxp/wwwboard/forum/136532.html I'm not able to send faxes, don't know why. cause i've fax software installed and able to recieve it. on fax monitor, send fax shows pending, and then comes up with unable to send error. anybody can help me on this much appreciated. cheers. simon
