I am having an issue with the Internet Explorer favorites. My favorites has a folder, say, "company", and in this folder, i hv a link, say "mail".. Favorites > Company > Mail. The Mail link is the shortcut to my company's email. So instead of clicking on Favorites, then company and then on mail, as soon as IE opens, i quickly press Alt+A, C, M. It takes me directly to the mail page. Lately, when I press Alt+A and C, it wont show the flyout menu, the company folder will not expand and so am not able to get into the Mail thru keyboard. Simply put, the favorites folders are not auto expanding. I dunno where I went wrong. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

praxy, SWAG, sounds to me like somehow something's gotten corrupted. Think I'd try to repair IE first to see if that helps (OE for mail's part of IE). If that fails, perhaps the shortcut's corrupt, replace it. You may have some sort of nasty. SCAN. Still won't work? I'm lost. PUNT? HTH. Ed in Texas.

Ed, I am not using OE at all. The mail thing is shortcut to the URL(mail.companyname.com). I have removed the link and added it again, repaired IE.. but still no luck :( Any ideas?
