Find a list of STOP MESSAGES here:

Find and click 21A at the right side of that page.

One cause of it is a program you may have installed called Roxio GoBack (included with Norton System Works). You can remove the program
in Windows Safe-Mode.

for some reason, I go to setup and press enter to continue install and not R for repair console, then it ask me to format(long, or fast) or just to install over recent(no changes). So I put the last one and it warns me that it will delete my files etc. I have no option to repair the current windows, only thing I can do it go to repair console???

Method 2 in the link says to do
press R to repair Windows XP
in step 5.

I have had no experience in such matters.

Maybe watch for help from others.
