Fatal System Error ... Please Help!

After wiping the hard drive and re-installing XP Pro, I am getting fatal blue screen crashes with the message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
... subsystem system process terminated with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x75eac7f9 0x0354ed28).

While I have found plenty of references to c000021a and 0xc0000005, they only describe a general condition and have not provided an answer to my problem. The real key apparently is in the other codes, 0x75eac7f9 and 0c0354ed28. I have scoured the web and the newsgroups with google but have found no reference to these other codes, which are apparently specific to my configuration. How can I determine the meaning of these codes to figure out what's crashing my system?

It's a software, device driver error. There is no easy answer. Troubleshoot using the following:

try formating the drive again using c:/u and try and install the soft ware again hope this works
