i have unintalled power dvd 9 then i installed it but when i was installing the software a fatal error 1603 occurred,it states:unable to locate file C:\DOCUME~1\SAMJ\LOCALS~1\TEMP\Rarf SFX0\PowerDVD.MSI,after the error occurred I formated the disk drive but i still have the same problem and i cant even remove it from ADD \ REMOVE LIST,PLEASE anyone ,help help

im trying to install power dvd 9 from a torrent i downloaded(a file) ,yes,i formatted the disk drive and i still get the same fatal 1603 error.could you help me please.
