FAT32 change to NTFS??

I've recently installed a new hard drive (boot Drive) on my pc.
I have lost my information on my secondary drive which i use for video editing.
It is now on a FAT32 drive, but i need it to be a NTFS ?? drive so i can store files >4gb. How do i change my slave drive to this?

Summary: Be aware that if you convert your FAT32 partition to NTFS with the convert command, it wil run OK, but you will get a non-optimal cluster size of 512 bytes...and no way to change it ! ...
