Is it possible to install XP on a Fat32 file system and not on NTFS, most of my games don’t work with XP and I think it is to do with NTFS. And what are the problems of this if any, and if you can instil it on FAT32.

YES The problems are that there's no security and it's not as stable as NTFS.

Old games or progams will not work with WindowsXP. The file system whether it's FAT32 or NTFS has absolutely nothing to do with running your older games, for that matter any games.
