The cooling fan on the side of my case is not shutting down anymore when I suspend, anyone know why this could be happening?

It will shut down eventualy, when system temperature is low enough. Are you talking about Power Supply fan or Case fan? Power supply fan wont shut down unless you shut down your computer

I'm talking about an extra cooling fan that is on the side of my case, not the back. It used to shut off when I went into suspend, and it's not anymore.

Have you recently updated your bios. I had that problem and corrected it in the bios power config set suspend to S3 instead of S1 and see if that helps
