False Start Up

Every time, I load a picture, My computer, tries to load Roxio software, which I deleted a long time ago.

Let's say that when you say "load a picture" you mean that you are double clicking on a file that ends with .jpg.

If so, then left click on it once to select it, hold down the Shift key and then right click on the .jpg file and select "Open With".

From the list find your preferred application to use for viewing or editing .jpg files, place a check (tick) next to "Always use this program..." and double click the program of choice.

From now on when you 'load a picture' (that ends with .jpg) it will open with that selected application.
